We are an all-inclusive event company offering three different tiers of services.  Two of the tiers are dedicated to weddings and the third specializes in other celebrations including, but not limited, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, fundraising events, corporate parties/retreats, baptisms, and wake services.

Our bridal tiers include various levels of services.  We do as little or as much as our bride and groom choose.

Day of wedding coordinating

The vision for your big day is in place but you need that extra help to make it just perfect.
The Simplicity Tier includes the following:

  • wedding consultation
  • 1 visit ceremony/reception site(s) prior to wedding
  • 1 hour rehearsal (will coordinate all aspects of your wedding rehearsal)
  • develop Wedding Day Itinerary to be given to the bridal party, special family members, and vendors (this ensures your wedding day will start on time and flow appropriately through the evening)
  • day of wedding coordinating (entire day until traditional reception events are concluded)
  • manage wedding party (make sure all attendants are where they need to be at designated times)
  • facilitate the wedding ceremony (ushers, guest book attendants, wedding party properly lines up for processional & cue musicians)
  • guide wedding party post-recessional (keep photographer on-time, make sure bridal party is seated at correct table, etc.)
  • manage vendors at ceremony/reception sites (The Perfect Day will be available in person and by telephone during the entire day to assist vendors with any problems or questions. We work closely with caterer, DJ, and photographer to make sure food is out on-time, announcements/important moments i.e. cake, bouquet toss etc. is captured)

Wedding planning can become very overwhelming and we don’t want you feeling stressed out on the best day of your life.

  • wedding consultation ( initial contact, then guide throughout entire planning process)
  • 1 hour rehearsal (will coordinate all aspects of your wedding rehearsal)
  • day of wedding coordinating (entire day until reception has concluded)
  • discuss theme, colors, decorations (You will be able to share your theme and any decorations, incorporated with ours, to make your day extra special.)
  • assistance with vendor selection from our preferred list (research/contact locations to assist you in finding the perfect venue, photographer(s), cake, wedding invitation ideas, floral ideas, transportation, hair/make-up, etc.)
  • visit ceremony/reception site(s) prior to wedding (we will visit the site(s) to see the layout of the venue, get your input on where you would like things such as gift table, cake table, ceremony site, etc.)
  • schedule all meetings with vendors
  • accompany couple to all vendor meetings
  • communicate with all vendors, on your behalf, until billing is complete
  • develop Wedding Day Itinerary to be given to the bridal party, special family members, and vendors (this ensures your wedding day will start on time and flow appropriately through the evening)
  • includes unlimited hours of service the day before wedding decorating venue(s) (call, text, email, meet as many times as you need)
  • manage wedding party (make sure all attendants are where they need to be at designated times)
  • organize and distribute all personal flowers to wedding party, family members, and special guests
  • facilitate the wedding ceremony (ushers, guest book attendants, wedding party properly lines up for processional & cue musicians)
  • guide wedding party post-recessional (keep photographer on-time, make sure bridal party is seated at correct table, etc.)

The Perfect Day is not limited to just weddings! We will design a planning package that addresses your celebration needs within your targeted budget. (Rates may vary for smaller and/or larger events.)

The Cheers Tier includes the following:
